Hi Soniya,  Thanks for sending us faral in time. The Diwali ank, diyas & a star was a pleasant surprise.  I have enjoyed reading diwali ank after almost 10 years thanks again. About faral, faral quantity was sufficient also the number of items, most type of Diwali fatal was included. I appreciate your  prompt service. My son liked both type of shankarpale & karanji although we couldn’t enjoy much of the savoury fatal because it was spicy.

I should not forget to mention about the time taken to Dispatch at home was only three days from Pune to Canada ,that too on Diwali holidays where we never get Any commitment of delivery days. Tracking of our parcel made everything easy and transparent, Reduced all communication hurdles. I was surprised and it was beyond expectations to see the ‘Diwali Faral’ delivery within scheduled on  time. the taste was awesome and it was completely gave us feeling that we are eating home-made Faral. I had ordered two Diwali Faral boxes to US with order numbers 2954 and 2955. I am writing this email as your
representative requested a feedback.
Please find below my experience:
Ordering:
1. The ordering process was easy and hassle free.
2. There was a transparency regarding content of the box and its weight.
3. The online payment system eased ordering process for us.
Overall, ordering experience was satisfactory.
Packaging:
1. The packaging was good, all the contents were packaged properly considering cargo movements.
2. Additional gift items was a pleasant surprise and we liked that too. One of the small gift items was cracked; however I
understand that these small things are bound to happen in transit, so no complaints about it.
Delivery:
1. The delivery was timely and tracking of the order was good.
2. A small suggestion here is – you can email the tracking details on your own. I had been given the tracking details after I
called. Some of the customers wont be aware that you provide tracking facility as well.
Quality of faral:
1. Most of the faral items were of good quality. And they looked like freshly prepared.
2. We felt that quality of Chirote could have been better. Apart from that everything else was good.
Overall, we enjoyed the food.
To summarize, I have all the positive feedback points for you and we are proud and happy that a Marathi businessman is
